Recruitment Telemarketing Specialist

 

 

LOCATION:              York, PA

SUPERVISOR:           Bob Innerst, Manager of Recruitment Advertising

 

EXPERIENCE/           Cumulus Radio is looking for a Recruitment Telemarketing

SKILLS:                     Specialist to sell to local businesses the benefit and value of

partnering with Cumulus York Radio Stations to fulfill their recruitment needs.  This position requires 6 months to 1 year minimum prior telemarketing sales experience, computer skills and intense telephone skills.  The successful candidate will be highly articulate, organized, energetic and focused.  This position will also require the successful candidate to develop and maintain a client database, be responsible for creative content and extensive customer service.

 

JOB SUMMARY:      The Recruitment Telemarketing Specialist is responsible for

selling, maintaining and organizing the new Cumulus Radio

York web-based recruitment display advertising initiative.
